Inclusion Criteria

? The patient was diagnosed with lung cancer by pathological examination and received the first chemotherapy (the same chemotherapy regimen) and enteral nutrition;
? Age =18 years;
? At admission, vital signs were stable, mental state and consciousness were clear;
? No digestive tract infection, intestinal obstruction, vomiting caused by increased intracranial pressure, no chronic gastric ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, no obvious cachexia;
? Patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

? Complicated with severe brain, liver, kidney, heart dysfunction, pregnant or lactating women;
? Patients with other metabolic diseases and dysphagia that affect gastrointestinal function;
? Previous gastrointestinal surgery (except appendectomy, perforation repair and hemorrhoid surgery);
? Anemia caused by other malignant tumors and primary diseases of blood system;
? The patient had received parenteral nutrition.
