- •\-Age : 18 à 75 ans
- •\-Lymphome B diffus à grandes cellules prouvé histologiquement, en 1ère ligne thérapeutique
- •\-Stade : Index Pronostique International IPI 0 et 1 (cf annexe 4\)
- •\-Traitement prévu 8 R\-CHOP selon le schéma standard du GELA
- •\-examen clinique dont neurologique par les cliniciens (cf annexe 5\),
- •\-TDM cérébral SPC (sans produit de contraste) pré\-thérapeutique normal (recommandation HAS)

排除标准
- •\- Age supérieur à 75 ans
- •\-Antécédent d’une autre néoplasie
- •\-Antécédent psychiatrique grave, d’épilepsie, ou de symptôme neurologique de type cognitifs apparenté à un état pré\-démentiel diagnostiqué par un spécialiste,
- •\-Utilisation régulière de psychotropes
- •\-Personne ne possédant pas couramment la langue française
- •\-Antécédent de chimiothérapie pour cette lymphopathie
- •\-Patient HIV positif (complications neurologiques fréquentes)
- •\-Diabète non équilibré
- •\-Grossesse : dosage systématique des ßHCG.
