? Age =80 years, both male and female;
? Intertrochanteric fracture or intertrochanteric fracture was diagnosed by X-ray;
? No absolute contraindications for surgery;
?No other surgical system diseases requiring surgical treatment;
? Informed consent of patients or surrogates;
? Medical history records are complete.
? Contraindications of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation, including local skin damage, infection or electrophysiological device implanted in the body;
? Pathological fracture, multiple fracture;
? Patients with absolute contraindications or severe primary diseases can not tolerate surgery;
? Patients with mental diseases (including dementia, depression, schizophrenia, etc.)
? Patients with severe immune system diseases (including rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, SLE, Sjogren's syndrome, scleroderma, myositis, mixed connective tissue disease, etc.)
? The patient refused to participate.
? Admission urine analysis urine white blood cell count > 5/ HP, chest radiograph indicated respiratory infection.
