Inclusion Criteria
- •To be 60 years or older; be residing at the research site.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Use lower limb prostheses; neuropaths with motor deficit; be undergoing chemotherapy or hemodialysis; bedridden elderly; cognitive deficit; use drugs containing HDAC inhibitor; inability to communicate; not having medical clearance to perform physical activity.
