Inclusion Criteria
Severe osteoarthritis stage 3-4 both legs
Exclusion Criteria
1. Ischemic heart disease on antiplatelet drug
2. contraceptive pill
3. Pulmonary embolism 4. MI 5. Stroke 6. TIA 7. Coagulation defect 8. Allergy of tranexamic acid 9. Anemia (Hb < 11g/dL) 10. BMI >30 11.Serum creatinine > 1.35 mg/10 ml
