Inclusion Criteria
Primary unilateral chronic dacryocystitis with nasolacrimal duct obstruction (NLDO)
Exclusion Criteria
Post traumatic NLDO; Lid anamolies like ectropion, entropian, trichiasis, distichiasis; Lower lid or punctal malposition or laxity sufficient to cause epiphora; Facial nerve palsy; Chemical injury; Allergic conjunctivitis; Autoimmune disease; Chronic use of preservative containing eye drops; Contact lens users; Patients on Anti glaucoma drugs
