1.Non hematological malignancy with raised TLC >12,000/mm³.
2.ECOG-PS:0-4
3.Age:18 years and above
4.Patient received broad-spectrum antibiotics for increased TLC

Name Time Method To monitor changes in Total Leucocyte Count (TLC) after initiation of empirical antibiotics in non-haematological malignancy patients with a baseline leucocytosis (TLC12,000/mm³) but without clinical signs of infection.Timepoint: for prospective data- at day 1, day 3, day 5, and day 7 <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>for retrospective data - data available from day 0 to day 7 with interval of atleast 24 hours

Name Time Method 1.Incidence of unexplained leucocytosis (Paraneoplastic Leukemoid Reaction) in patients receiving palliative care. <br/ ><br>2.To analyse the general well-being with antibiotics in these patients with FACT-G version 4. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: at baseline and day 8
