Inclusion Criteria
1]Patients with advanced cancer started on antibiotics (iv or oral) by treating physicians and admitted in respite care facility.
2] Not receiving any disease modifying treatment. 3] Age above 18 years
4] Able to communicate and understand English/Hindi.
5]Able to give written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1]Patients with impaired consciousness.
2]Actively dying patients.

Name Time Method To assess the change in worst patient reported symptom on the Edmonton symptom assessment scale-revised (ESAS-r) with antibiotic use from day 0, day 5 to day 14. ? To assess the change in clinical findings like fever, vital signs, systemic findings with antibiotic use use from day 0, day 3 to day 5 . ? To assess the change in quality of life using EORTC QLQ 15 use from day 0, day 5 to day 14. ? To understand the pattern of antibiotics used by physicians in patients on supportive care alone. ? To document organism growth & antibiotic sensitivity pattern in urine, pus, wound, sputum, or blood culture sent before starting antibiotics. ? To document any side effect due to procedure of antibiotics administration like anaphylaxis, rash, edema etc.Timepoint: Day 0 <br/ ><br>Day 5 <br/ ><br>Day 14
