Signature of the informed consent form;both genders; over 60 years old; do not have chronic disabling diseases; not be bedridden; institutionalized or hospitalized; have their own mobility
Exclusion Criteria
Osteoarticular limitations that impede the execution of the resistance training program; cognitive limitations that prevent the accomplishment of the proposed evaluations
