Inclusion Criteria
Age greater than or equal to 60 years; male or female gender; be enrolled in the Primary Health Care of your municipality; and present preserved cognitive status.
Exclusion Criteria
Major physical disability; cognitive impairment; residence time in your municipality less than six months.

Name Time Method Improvement of the Quality of Life Scale of the Medical Outcomes Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36) in the Intervention Group after application of multidimensional interventions, which represents an improvement in Quality of Life;Reduction of the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS-30) score in the Intervention Group after the application of multidimensional interventions, which represents reduction of depressive symptoms
