研究概览
简要总结
Vicharchika is a skin disease with symptoms like kandu, srava, rukshata, vaivarnya, pidika, raji etc.
In this study total 80 patients of Vicharchika will be taken. Written consent will be taken . Initial assessment will be taken . Furthe patient will be treated with trial and comparative drugs i.e. Amritarishtadi kashay and patolkaturohinyadi kashay resp. Follow up will be taken. Observation and result will be noted.
Conclusion and discussion will be done.
Hypothesis
Null hypothesis:
Amritarishtadi kasha is not effective in Vicharchika w.s.r. to eczema
Alternative hypothesis:
Amritarishtadi kashay is not effective in Vicharchika w.s.r. to eczema.

入选标准
- •patient willing for the treatment.
- •patient of age group 18-60 yrs will be included irrespective of gender,caste,religion,socioeconomic status.
- •patients showing pratyatama lakshanas of vicharchika will be included.
排除标准
- •Patients Having symptoms of vicharchika for more than 1 yr.
- •Patients Having any other skin disease.
- •Pt having systemic illness like DM,HTN,IHD etc.

时间窗: 21 days
次要结局
- Pruritus and sleep loss will be decreased(21 days)
