A repeat corticosteroid injection achieved symptom relief in 80% of patients at three months and 66% of patients at six months. Factors related to treatment failure are short symptoms-free period after previous injection, High grade of disease and obese patients. Repeat injections of trigger finger should be consider in patient who prefer nonsurgical treatment

1.diagnosis of trigger finger disease and history of corticosteroid injections in the treated finger, at least one corticosteroid injection
1.the affected digit or who suffered from inflammatory arthritis
2.Patient received the injection in the last 4-6 weeks and planned to have surgery
