- •Inclusion criteria : Women with intramural or subsrosal uterus myoma that they are the case of laparatomy myomectomy .
- •Exclusion criteria : Vaginal myomectomy ; Myomectomy assisted by hysteroscopy ; Virginity ; Misoprostol contraindications : liver diseas ; Epilepsy ; Sesnsitivity to misoprostol .
