Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients admitted to the department of shiga medical university for heart failure or pulmonary embolism or aneurysm
  • Forced breathing, deep breathing, breath holding are possible in standing or supine position.
  • Informed consent for clinical trial (document).
  • Healthy individuals

Exclusion Criteria

  • Pregnant woman
  • Patients are judged not to participate in this study by the attending physician
  • Patients with an implantable pacemaker or implantable cardioverter\-defibrillator
