Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Normal lung function confirm by spirometry
- •2\) Age between 20\-40 years old 3\) able to communicate and follow command
Exclusion Criteria
- •) History of respiratory and/or cardiovascular disease
- •2\) History of neurological disease which affects breathing mechanic
- •3\) Uncomfortable with mask
- •4\) Have contraindication of MP
