Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosis of Major Depressive disorder according to DSM-V.
Patient on stable medications for 4 weeks.
Patient willing to give informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients having severe Lower back pain, severe hypertension, recent surgery/injury(6 Months), vertigo, pregnant women, osteoporosis.
Patients with suicidal ideas.
Patients with severe depression with psychosis.
Patients who have been taking any alternate Yoga-based therapy.
Patients not willing to give an informed consent.
