Inclusion Criteria
ASA I or II children undergoing lower abdominal /urological procedures
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with upper respiratory tract infection on the day of surgery, anticipated difficult airway, children at increased risk of aspiration like gastro oesophageal reflux disease, non fasting status, hiatus hernia, lung diseases and limited head and neck movements were excluded from the study
