- •Diagnosis of osteoarthritis of knee
- •Kellgren-Lawrence 1-3
- •VAS 40-80 /100 mm
- •Age 50-80 years old
- •Informed consent
排除标准
- •1. History of trauma at knee in past 6 months
- •2. History of knee surgery
- •3. Uncontrolled underlying disease
- •4. History of anti-inflammatory medication used in 2 weeks
- •5. History of physical modalities treated in 4 weeks
- •6. History of intra-articular injection at knee
- •- Hyaluronic acid in past 6 months
- •- Steroid in past 3 months
- •7. Knee pain from other conditions (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, infection)
- •8. Contraindication of HILT (e.g. Pregnancy/Tumor, etc.)
- •9. History of paracetamol allergy
