入排标准

入选标准

  • Heel pain for more than 2 weeks
  • Morning pain present for first few steps
  • Decrease in ankle dorsiflexion ROM
  • Unilateral plantar heel pain
  • Tenderness over plantar fascia
  • Positive windlass test

排除标准

  • Calcaneal Stress fracture
  • All neurological conditions
  • Baxter Nerve Compression
  • Bilateral heel pain
  • Ankle or foot surgeries
  • Prior history of laser therapy
  • Any wound or infection in the Plantar area of the foot
  • Any metal implant on or around the plantar area of the foot
  • Cancer or malignancy
  • Calcaneal spur
  • Recieved corticosteroid injection within the last 6 weeks
  • Uncooperative patient
