Inclusion Criteria
1 Patients from 12years to 75years of age will be included
2 Pre-diagnosed and new cases presenting as one or more of the following three primary clinical syndromes are
a Axial neck pain
b Cervical radiculopathy
c Cervical myelopathy
3 Cases will be diagnosed using X-Ray radiographs
4 Patients giving consent for study
Exclusion Criteria
1 Cases who refuse to give their consent for study
2 Patients suffering from severe systemic diseases
3 Females who are pregnant and lactating
4 Cases that need emergency medical treatment or surgical interventions
5 If patient having any planned surgery, in the next 6 months
