Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • ï??Participants who are pre\-diagnosed with non\- specific neck pain
  • ï??Aged between 18 to 40 years
  • ï??Males and females
  • ï??Non\-specific neck pain without any underlying pathologies
  • ï??Pain rating 3\-5 on VAS scale on activity.
  • ï??Pain less than 3 months

Exclusion Criteria

  • Participants who are not willing to participate in study
  • ï??Any recent surgical history around neck and Shoulder region.
  • ï??Any Autoimmune disease, systemic illness, rheumatic conditions, inflammatory joint disease, tumor, and unhealed fracture and any other spine pathologies)
  • ï??Any neurological condition.
  • ï??Psychologically unstable patients
