Inclusion Criteria

Patients who met LPR symptoms (chronic cough, hoarseness, throat discomfort, throat clearance or mucus excess) and completed the esophageal function test and met the Rome IV diagnostic criteria for lprd.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with history of abdominal surgery;? Organic diseases of digestive system (including polyps, inflammatory bowel disease, tumor, celiac disease, lactose intolerance, etc.)? Using any antispasmodic and analgesic drugs, gastrointestinal motility drugs, acid suppressants, microecological agents, antibiotics, antidepressants, etc. within 2 weeks before enrollment;? Patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases by B-ultrasound examination; patients with hypertension and unstable blood pressure control; patients with diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, systemic sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; patients with severe psychological disorders; Pregnant women, lactating women or pregnant women who plan to get pregnant.
