Patients who met LPR symptoms (chronic cough, hoarseness, throat discomfort, throat clearance or mucus excess) and completed the esophageal function test and met the Rome IV diagnostic criteria for lprd.
Patients with history of abdominal surgery;? Organic diseases of digestive system (including polyps, inflammatory bowel disease, tumor, celiac disease, lactose intolerance, etc.)? Using any antispasmodic and analgesic drugs, gastrointestinal motility drugs, acid suppressants, microecological agents, antibiotics, antidepressants, etc. within 2 weeks before enrollment;?
