Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients of ASA physical status I and II
  • •2\. Patients between 18\-60 years of age 3\.Posted electively for modified radical mastectomy (MRM)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients refusal
  • •2\. Any contraindicating spinal anesthesia,
  • •3\. Inflammatory breast cancer,
  • •4\. Previous surgery for breast cancer except for diagnostic lumpectomy,
  • •5\. Obese patients (Body mass index above 35kg/m2\)
