Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients scheduled for elective shoulder surgery in a beach chair position under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Under 18 years of age, over 100 years of age
- •(2\) pregnant women
- •(3\) If you are allergic to the drug used in the study or contraindicated
- •(4\) If the patient's mental is not alert or unable to communicate before surgery
- •(5\) If you are taking a vasopressor to maintain your blood pressure before surgery
- •(6\) Severe obesity with a body mass index of \>35 kg/m^2
- •(7\) ASA classification IV or higher
- •(8\) If PVi cannot be accurately measured due to atrial fibrillation
