Inclusion Criteria

delivery after 22 weeks of pregnancy; lack of mental illness; not using of psychiatric drugs; having a traumatic childbirth; no drug abuse; mothers with no planned and elective cesarean section; no history of depression or anxiety in pregnancy; understanding implications cognitive behavioral counseling.
Exclusion criteria: mothers that themselves need special care; receipt counseling from a source other than this study; stressful life events in the last year; having a history of infertility; having a history of PTSD in mother.
