Inclusion Criteria
1)All Patient of ASA I,II,III grade posted for elective TURP surgery.
2)Patient undergoing Spinal Anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patient to be done under general Anaesthesia.
2)Patient with history of interstitial lung disease.
3)Patient not willing for participate in study.

Name Time Method 1)To estimate time interval between onset of B-lines and , - change in SpO2 , ECG changes - onset of symptoms and signs <br/ ><br>Timepoint: At every 30min interval lung ultrasound scanning will be repeated at same points and presence or absence of newly appearing B-lines will be noted till end of surgery & its correlation to PR,BP,ETCO2,ECG.
