Inclusion Criteria

Couples who visit infertility clinic between June 2022to September 2022. 

Couples in which both partners are educated at least till 10th standard could read, write, 

Speak Malayalam or English and who gives consent for the study. Couples between 

25 years to 40 years of age.

Couples diagnosed with primary infertility (with no living child) with either one or both the partners. 

Couples who have been married for more than 2 years.

Exclusion Criteria

Characteristics that may interfere with loss to follow-up: 

Couples who expressed unwillingness for compliance to the present study protocol and for 

Reassessments at various time-points.

Characteristics that may interfere with quality of data:  

Couples in which any partner was diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder/ was on treatment 

For psychiatric co-morbidity / was undergoing psychological intervention.

Clinical characteristics:  

Infertile couples who are currently practicing any meditation or relaxation technique will be excluded.

Infertile couples who are currently participating in any social work or therapeutic       interventions will be excluded.

Couples who attain a positive pregnancy test during the stage of randomization
