Inclusion Criteria
Hypertensive
Non diabetic
No history stroke or other cerebrovascular diseases
No history of cardiovascular or other metabolic disorders
Exclusion Criteria
Age: below 18 and above 60
History of hypertension or under any anti hypertensive drugs
History of diabetes, cerebrovascular or metabolic diseases

Name Time Method Structural brain integrity <br/ ><br>The MRI sequences â?? DTI and ASL will assess the mean diffusivity (MD), fractional anisotropy (FA) , Total Blood Volume (TBV) and Mean Transit Time (MTT) using the Brain MRI study <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 6hr after the MRI scan

Name Time Method To compare the white matter integrity & degeneration in sedentary individuals with different stages of hypertension <br/ ><br>To compare the volume of different regions of brain in sedentary individuals with different stages of hypertension <br/ ><br>To compare the structural brain network changes with the cognitive changes in different stages of hypertension <br/ ><br>To compare the structural brain network changes in hypertensive & non hypertensive adults <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1hr prior to MRI scan with 1hr of minimum sitting time
