Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Female or male, aged above 60 years old
- •Normal BMI (18\-23 kg/m2\)
- •Able to communicate, understand and follow the command
- •Normal cognitive performance
- •Able to walk independently
- •Respiratory muscle strength \< 70% predicted level
Exclusion Criteria
- •Blood pressure \>180/120 mmHg at rest
- •Heart rate \> 120 times/minute at rest
- •Musculoskeletal disease (e.g. severe OA of knee) or neurological disease (e.g. Stroke, Spinal cord injury, Parkinson) that affect to walk
- •History of COPD or Asthma diagnosis form doctor
- •Medical diagnosis psychological disorder
- •Pulmonary disease
- •History of thoracic surgery
- •Serve scoliosis
