Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Female or male, aged above 60 years old
- •2\. Able to communicate, understand and follow the command
- •3\. Able to walk independently
- •4\. Respiratory muscle strength \< 70% predicted level
- •5\. not history of thoracic surgery
- •6\. not serve scoliosis
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. The participant refused to participate in the research.
- •2\. High blood pressure greater than 180/100 mmHg at rest.
- •3\. Heart rate more than 120 times/minute at rest.
- •4\. Musculoskeletal disease (e.g. severe OA of knee) or neurological disease (e.g. Stoke, Spinal cord injury, Parkinson) that affect to walk
- •5\. pulmonary disease
