Among the patients with HIV who take ART regularly, CD4 more than 200 cells/mm3, 21.6 percent of them have protective immunity to HBV after one dose of vaccination. The associated factors are age group (under 29 years old) and antiHBs titer 2- 10 mlU/mL prior to their vaccination.

1.Patients older than 18 years
1.Eligible to receive vaccination blood test collection
2.HIV-infected and CD4 > 200 cell/mm3 for at least 6 months
3.All negative results in serology test for HBsAg, antiHBs and antiHBc
1.Failure to have their blood test collection for more than 1 appointment
2.Skin infection at the site of vaccination
3.Impossible vaccination due to personal problems
