Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients of post\-operative PHPT in remission (Operated at least 1 year before the enrolment of the study)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Presence of preoperative documented chronic kidney disease
- •2\.Post\-menopausal status
- •3\.Presence of hypogonadism
- •4\.Presence of other autoimmune disease
- •5\.Chronic steroid intake
- •6\.Chronic immobilization
- •7\.Persistent or recurrent PHPT
