入选标准
- •Adults aged 18 years and older
- •Individuals admitted to Kasturba hospital with a confirmed diagnosis of heart failure based on the Modified Framingham clinical criteria and echocardiography according to the criteria of the European Society of Cardiology
排除标准
- •Individuals with pre-existing cardiovascular disease
- •Pregnant individuals
- •Chronic Kidney disease, especially those requiring chronic dialysis or with an estimated glomerular filtration rate of less than 15ml/min/1.73m2
- •Chronic liver disease
- •Thyroid Dysfunction -Hyperthyroidism or Hypothyroidism
