Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1.Adult critically ill patients with AKI or Acute on CKD requiring Hemodialysis
  • •2. Patients with serum Albumin less than 2.5 gm/dl

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1. Refusal for consent to participate in the study
  • •2. Patients with other clinical condition(s) requiring albumin as therapy:
  • •a. Spontaneous bacterial peritonitis
  • •b. Large volume paracentesis
  • •c. Hepatorenal syndrome
