Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Adult critically ill patients with AKI or Acute on CKD requiring Hemodialysis
- •2. Patients with serum Albumin less than 2.5 gm/dl
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Refusal for consent to participate in the study
- •2. Patients with other clinical condition(s) requiring albumin as therapy:
- •a. Spontaneous bacterial peritonitis
- •b. Large volume paracentesis
- •c. Hepatorenal syndrome
