Inclusion Criteria

1.Adult critically ill patients with AKI or Acute on CKD requiring Hemodialysis

And

2. Patients with serum Albumin less than 2.5 gm/dl

Exclusion Criteria

1. Refusal for consent to participate in the study

2. Patients with other clinical condition(s) requiring albumin as therapy:

a. Spontaneous bacterial peritonitis

b. Large volume paracentesis

c. Hepatorenal syndrome
