Inclusion Criteria
1. All patients were diagnosed with a pelvic mass of suspected ovarian origin and were scheduled for surgical intervention.
2. All patients underwent imaging by pelvic ultrasound to document the presence of a malignant ovarian mass.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Women with a previous bilateral oophorectomy.
2. Pregnancy with adnexal masses.

Name Time Method 1. Evaluation of demographic profile of women presenting with benign and malignant ovarian masses and its impact on the outcome of the patients. <br/ ><br>2. Evaluation of HE4 and ROMA as test for predicting for Epithelial ovarian cancer in pre-menopausal and post-menopausal women. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 8th month. <br/ ><br>
