Inclusion Criteria
1)Patients irrespective of their gender, occupation, religion, socio-economic status will be selected.
2)Patients having Lakshana of Hridroga (CVD).
3)18 to 60 years of patients of Hridroga in Group B and Healthy individuals in Group A will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patients with local tongue infection and congenital anomalies will be excluded.
2)Patient having major ailments of other systems. E.g., AIDS, CA of any organs, Pregnancy, Hepatitis B&C, TB etc at the time of enrolling the patient.
