Inclusion Criteria
Patients with clinical features of Ekakushtha having signs and symptoms namely Kandu Shushkta Vaivarnya and Mastyashakloptam
Irrespective of cast and socioeconomic status
Understanding and being willing to sign the informed consent form
The patients having the PASI score greater than equal to 10
Exclusion Criteria
Patient suffering from any chronic skin disease and immune suppressed systemic disorders
Patient suffering from any other systemic disorders like tuberculosis diabetes melitus HIV HBsAg positive patients and known case of leprosy
Pregnant and Lactating woman
Psoriatic arthritis
