Patients with Hb 7-10 gm %
Patient having classical symptoms of panduroga
Periorbital swelling- Akshikut shoth
Fatigue- Angamarda
General debility- Balakshaya
Dyspnea on exertion â?? Shrama
loss of appetite- Aruchi,
Pallor â?? Twakpanduta,
Breathlessness â?? Shwaas,
Palpitations- Hrutspandan,
Vertigo- Bhrama,
pain- Gatra shool.
Known anaemia due to acute or chronic haemorrhage disease
Known haemorrhagic anaemia
pernicious anaemia
aplastic anaemia
Known anaemia due to blood loss in trauma condition
Known Congenital or hereditary deformity like Sickle cell or Thalassemia
Known Hb below 7 gm%,
Known Other diseases like Acute or chronic Renal failure, Chronic liver diseases, Endocrine failures like hyper or hypothyroidism
Preganant and lactating women,
Known Patient having hepatic disorder and other complication,
Known Patient suffering with disease like cancer of stomach IHD, CCF, malignant disorders and having major illness.
