Pregnant women who delivered during 34-42 weeks and consent to participate in the research.
1. pregnant women under18 years
2. umbilical cord length < 25 cm
3. abnormal umbilical cord
4. pregnant women with emergency obstetrics condition ie, pregnancy induced hypertension, prolapsed cord, abruptio placenta, placenta previa
5. pregnant women with hemodynamic unstable
6. multifetal pregnancy
7. pregnant women with HIV, syphylis, hepatitis B
8. pregnant wome with Rh negative
9. fetal abnormality
