Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Any neonate \> 28 weeks gestation delivered in Obstetrics and Gynaecology department, KGMU requiring resuscitation will be enrolled.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Antenatally detected major congenital anomalies
- •Cord prolapse
- •Placenta previa or development of placental abruption
- •Umbilical cord abnormalities like true knot
- •Refusal by the Obstetrician
