Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Any neonate \> 28 weeks gestation delivered in Obstetrics and Gynaecology department, KGMU requiring resuscitation will be enrolled.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Antenatally detected major congenital anomalies
  • •Cord prolapse
  • •Placenta previa or development of placental abruption
  • •Umbilical cord abnormalities like true knot
  • •Refusal by the Obstetrician
