Inclusion Criteria
Any neonate > 28 weeks gestation delivered in Obstetrics and Gynaecology department, KGMU requiring resuscitation will be enrolled.
Exclusion Criteria
Antenatally detected major congenital anomalies
Cord prolapse
Placenta previa or development of placental abruption
Hydrops
Umbilical cord abnormalities like true knot
Refusal by the Obstetrician
