入选标准
- •1.Post partum women who delivered with in 72 hour before tubal sterilization
- •2.Post partum women who completed childbering ,need permanent contraception.
- •3.Post partum women who has at least 2 children.
- •4.Post partum women who has ASA physical status of 1-2 and has no contraindication for surgery
- •5.Post partum women who had given consent for post-partum tubal sterilization.
排除标准
- •1.Post partum women who had BMI>32 km/m2
- •2.Post partum women who lidocaine allegy
- •3.Post partum women who had liver disease
- •4.Post partum women who had asthma
- •5.Post partum women who had history of lower abdominal surgery
- •6.Post partum women who had history of pelvic inflamatory disease
