Individuals female. Age between 18 and 45 years.
Complaint of cervical pain. They must sign the TCLE: Free and Informed Consent Term.
Prior surgery in the scapular girdle region. Have received infiltration in the scapular girdle region in the previous three months. Present acute active local inflammatory processes. Present contraindications to diacutaneous fibrolysis: have wounds or skin disorders in the region of the shoulder girdle, have vascular changes, be under current treatment with anticoagulant.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Improvement in functional status verified through self-assessment of functional status (measured by the Functional Scale of the Neck Disability of Copenhagen). ;Decreased intensity of cervical pain verified by means of Visual Analog Scale and Pressure Pain threshold (via pressure algometry). ;Changes in the muscular excitation pattern of the scapular girdle muscles verified by surface electromyography.
