Inclusion Criteria

1. Age between 18 and 60 years
2. Body mass index 25.0 kg/m2 or higher
3. Body weight stable more than 6 months

Exclusion Criteria

1. Smoking
2. Pregnancy or lactation
3. Underlying diseases with increased metabolic rate
4. Anxiety disorder or active psychiatric disorders
5. Acute gastroesophageal reflux
6. Intake weight-affected medication
7. Intake drugs that affect caffeine metabolism
8. Caffeine allergy
9. Refuse to participate in a research
