Name Time Method The assessment of the primary outcomes includes the (Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) with an additional sit-to-stand test, walking performance (z.B. step length, step width) under ST and DT conditions (DT: visual-verbal Stroop Task), cognitive performance (Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Trail Making Test A+B), and satisfaction with life (Satisfaction with Life Scale).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary outcomes included assessments of muscle strength and functional ability, which will be measured using a hand dynamometer (Jamar Hand dynamometer hydraulic),and a functional independence questionnaire, respectively.
