Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age of 18 years or older; Pain (at least 2/10 NRS) with active shoulder elevation in the scapular or sagittal plane; able to speack German or English
Exclusion Criteria
- •Painfree or minimal pain (1/10 NRS) with active shoulder elevation in the scapular or sagittal plane; unable to elevate shoulder up to at least 90°; unable to speack German or English; restricted shoulder elevation due to surgery; unable to hold additional weights
