Inclusion Criteria
Forward head and rounded shoulder posture
Exclusion Criteria
Those who had experience of shoulder surgery, those who had limited movement due to shoulder pain, and those who had pain in the neck or back were excluded. Table 1 shows the demographic information of all subjects
