Inclusion Criteria

1.Age : 18 -60 years,

2.Living donor

3.ASA III

4. Undergoing renal transplant under general anaesthesia

5.Informed written consent

6.Easy sonoanatomy for IVC visualisation.

7.No or Less than 500 ml urine output per day

Exclusion Criteria

1.Impaired RV/LV function and ejection fraction or any ischaemic or other structural heart diseases

2.Morbid obesity,

3.Any lesion obscuring sonoanatomy

4.ABO incompatible

5.Central monitoring site other than Superior vena cava
