Inclusion Criteria
Patients weighting 50-80 kg admitted in ICU who are mechanically ventilated with the following settings
Tidal volume:8-10ml/kg
RR :10-15 cpm
PEEP:4-6cmH2O
Clinically hypovolemic patients with:
MAP <65mmHg
Urine output <30ml/hr
CVP <8cm H2O
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patients with signs of right ventricular failure
2)Significant cardiac conditions
3)Ejection fraction <40%
4)Patients with increased intraabdominal pressure
5)Pregnant patients
6)Morbidly obese patients
