• Age -18 years and above
• Students with wrist and hand pain
• SMARTPHONE ADDICTION SCALE SCORE â?? High risk category (84 and above)
• VAS score of 3 and above
Exclusion Criteria
Previous fracture,
nerve/vessel/tendon injury,
rheumatic disease
